Small is beautiful when it comes to backpacking stoves and the famous Pocket Rocket is one of the lightest, most compact butane gas stoves on the market. The whole stove unit cunningly folds down into a Toblerone shaped protective container for storage. The container is only 11 cms long and 6 cms wide and its widest point. In storage the stove weighs only 119gms (4.2 oz). Out of the container it weighs a mere 85 gms (3oz)
The Pocket Rocket performs as well. It will boil a litre of water in under 3.5 minutes and you have full flame control at all times, from simmer to a boil. A small windshield on the top of the stove protects your flame from gusting and the pot supports are serrated for extra stability.
